My Contributions
As UX designer I manage a team to build up this idea together, run research with users, help define the business model and growth strategy, make partnerships with other stakeholders and services along validating the live map app as the ultimate interface to the world.
Design is in our
daily lives...
Research is observation. This idea comes from an uneasiness: How much is out there is missed? What if my neighbour has what I need and we will never know? How to produce or find upcoming opportunities?
Concepts, the simplest resource of all
No need to reinvent the wheel, with three simples concepts with spread use in 2019, people can understand the Value Proposition of this idea.
Research Methods
and Customer Panel
I've used many "5 minutes" of Face-to-face Research of people around me, at the coworking, streets and universities. Also managed to do prototype Remote Unmoderated Research using UserTesting and created aCustomer Panel group on Whatsapp to release tests and quickly learn with a group of engaged leads. With that we defined our personas and tuned the product strategy around it.
Figma Prototypes
In every new MVP we tested, Figma was always there. It's Design System feature also makes the UI  work very steady.
Material Based Design System
Composed a basic system based on Android Material Guidelines.
Less phone, more life.
As a way to not just be another social app out there, we focused on proposing short eye-screen experiences.
